We went to the organic market Sunday morning and stocked up on wheat grass, veggies and Thai chilies but since we are leaving for Hong Kong tomorrow morning we need to finish things off quick. Hence this recipe for sweet and spicy guacamole:
1 avacado
2 mini bananas
7 cherry tomatoes
1-3 Thai peppers
A bit of onion
Blend and serve with tortilla chips. Theo tried some too before the Thai peppers were tossed in the mix.
