We had a little dinner party Friday night. However we still haven't set up the dinning table or brought the majority of glasses, plates and silverware up from the caveau (french for dungeon / storage space most French apartments come with). So to avoid going into the cave and searching our well packed boxes we threw a tapas party. I made these amazing grilled zucchinis based on this pin, bread stuffed with cheese and herbes du provence, and carrot cake.Plus all the guests came with drinks and tapas plates to share. I love this idea for hot summer nights when gespacho, toasts and other light foods is all anyone wants to eat anyway.
